How long will my order take?
Pieces marked ready to ship leave the studio within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces are crocheted just for you, and every product page shows its current making time before you order.
How does payment work?
Placing an order request is free. We confirm your colors, sizes and shipping cost by email, then send you a secure payment link. We start stitching as soon as your payment comes through.
Can I request a custom color or size?
Absolutely. Most pieces can be made in any color from our yarn shelf, and many can be resized. Leave a note at checkout, or send a custom order request with all the details.
Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide and to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs depend on the size of your parcel and where it's going, and we always confirm the exact amount before you pay.
How do I care for crochet pieces?
Every product page lists its own care instructions. As a rule of thumb, hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent, press the water out with a towel and lay flat to dry. Never wring or tumble dry.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned unused within 14 days. Custom and made-to-order pieces are made just for you, so they can't be returned, but if anything arrives damaged we'll always make it right.
